Courtney, the founder and head designer at Brisbane Bayside Jewellers, brings years of experience in the diamond and fine jewellery industry, having worked across both large retail chains and boutique jewellery stores. Through this journey, she identified a clear gap in the market—high-quality, timeless jewellery pieces that were designed with the customer in mind, not just the sale.

Tired of witnessing salespeople push products that didn't suit the customer's style, needs, or wardrobe—all in the name of commission—and seeing poor-quality craftsmanship result in constant repairs and customer disappointment, Courtney drew a line in the sand.
