**Brisbane Bayside Jewellers PTY LTD Terms and Conditions**


Welcome to Brisbane Bayside Jewellers PTY LTD. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.


**Liability and Indemnity**

  1.  Brisbane Bayside Jewellers PTY LTD operates a mobile service and offers in-home appointments, with occasional appointments available at our office in Wynnum, QLD.

  2. All jewellery must be paid for in full upon delivery or collection. 

  3.    - Use of our website and any related software is at the user’s own risk. We strive to provide a safe and secure platform, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  4.    - Once designs are approved by the client, manufactured, and delivered, they are non-refundable. Any changes requested after approval will incur additional charges.

  5.    - Brisbane Bayside Jewellers PTY LTD is not liable for any damage, loss, or other issues arising from the use of our services, website, or software.


**Consultations** 

  1. Our initial in person consultation is free of charge, and a follow up consultation if required. Any additional consultation requested by the client after this will incur a $150 fee added to the overall price of the job.


**Payment**

  1. Payments are processed through Stripe, and a 2.2% fee will be applied to all transactions. We also accept direct transfer and cash.

  2. All payments must be made in full before the jewellery is delivered or collected.


**Social Media and Marketing**

  1. We reserve the right to use images and videos of our clients’ pieces for social media and marketing purposes unless advised otherwise by the client prior to the use of the content.


**Warranty and Guarantee**

  1. All jewellery pieces come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing and quality faults. This warranty does not cover damage caused by the client, including failure to maintain or care for the piece properly.


**Quoted Prices**

  1. All quoted prices are valid for 30 days. After this period, prices may change due to fluctuations in the market value of gold, diamonds, and gemstones.


**Availability**

  1. The availability of original gemstones and diamonds may change unless a deposit is paid. Changes in availability may result in adjustments to the final product.


**Remodels and Repairs**

  1. Brisbane Bayside Jewellers PTY LTD takes no responsibility for the quality, damage, or authenticity of client-supplied jewellery for remodelling and repairs, including but not limited to metals (gold, silver, platinum) and stones (diamonds and gemstones).

**Gold and Silver Trading & Investment Advice**

  1. We are not licensed gold and silver traders. However, we do offer services for scrapping old jewellery at the daily market value, which is subject to change at any time. Shipping and processing fees will be charged for this service. 

  2. We are not financial advisers and do not offer investment advice in trading or buying gold, silver and diamonds as in investment. 


**Happiness Policy**

  1.  We guarantee that our clients will love their jewellery. If you are unhappy with the quality, we offer a re-make policy, where the item will be remade if the design changes are within reason from the originally approved piece.


**CAD Design Process and Approval**

  1. The CAD design process includes up to three design changes. Any additional design changes beyond the third will incur a $300  fee per change.


**General Provisions**

  1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Queensland law.

  2. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
